George Efthimiou is working as an IT administrator and security expert in the shipping industry since 2010. He has delivered various projects including vessels server deployment and installation, ERP deployment at office headquarters and Fleet and security auditing and upgrade, also managed efficient communications with vessels, such as database and file synchronization between vessels and office headquarters. He graduated from the Piraeus University of Applied sciences as a Computer Systems engineer and since then, he tries constantly, to develop his skills in seaworthy solutions, in cyber security and network infrastructures. His target is to make seamen and colleagues to work safe, easier and together.
Charalampos Ligoutsikos, Company Security Office, Prime Marine
Charalampos (Harry) Ligoutsikos currently holds the position of Company Security Officer / Lead Internal Auditor at Prime Tanker/Prime Gas. When he joined the company in 2012 he was responsible for the development / integration of the Company ERP System - ISM & Risk Assessment Modules. In 2017 he was a Project Leader for the Development of the Initial Cyber Security Compliance Framework for Prime in collaboration with DNV-GL. Since 2018 he is responsible for the company's Cyber Compliance.
In 2002-2012 Charalampos worked for Wind Hellas. He was responsible for the Design, Procurement, Implementation and Deployment of a series of Telecommunication & Datacom Solutions including IP Backbone Networks, Telecom & Datacom Monitoring System and in general Data Centre development starting of as an Engineer and ranging up to Technical Project Leader and Team Manager.
Charalampos has a degree in MEng in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, MSc in Biomedical Engineering, and Diploma in Ship Superintendency.
Themistoklis Sardis, IT Manager, Costamare
Themistoklis Sardis is the Head of ICT and ISO at Costamare Shipping. He has over twenty years of experience in the shipping sector and a proven track record of leading successful ICT projects.
Themistoklis has studied Electrical Engineering at NTUA, and holds an MSc in Data Communications from UCL, London and an MBA from AUEB. He is PMP and ITIL v4 certified and he is the Vice-President of AMMITEC.

Kostas Grivas is the Information Security Officer of Angelicoussis Maritime Group. He is responsible for the Information Security strategy, policy and developments of all Group’s functions, both shore and vessels’ side. He is a Computer System professional with over 25 years of experience, 15 of them in the Maritime business.
Kostas has served as an IT Officer and Manager in various sectors such as Commerce, Manufacturing and Maritime. He holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Systems.

Achilleas Choursoglou, Information Technology Advisor, A.M.M.I.TE.C.
Achilleas Choursoglou is ICT Advisor and co-founder and member of the BOD of AMMITEC (Association of Maritime Managers in Information Technology and Communications) from 2003. He has in total more than 42 years of experience in IT and Communication, 21 of them in Shipping, with deep knowledge of Shipping ERP programs, Satellite Communications, Project Management, Internet communications etc.
He was ICT Advisor and previously ICT Manager at Olympic Shipping and Management SA (Onassis group) from 1995 to 2016. He was also I.T Manager at Pirelli Hellas (1992-1995) and Deputy I.T. Manager and System Analyst at Chemical Products and Fertilizers Company (Lipasmata) of Bodossakis group (1977-1992).
Achilleas holds a BSc in Mathematics, a BSc in Economics and has a diploma on Information Technology. He is collector of classic cars and member of several Classic cars Clubs.

Zeppos Galanos is the Information Security Officer at KONKAT ATE, leading the IT security department - part of the Corporate IT Division of KONKAT and affiliated companies - a small but rather highly diversified set of companies covering mainly but not solely, maritime, off-shore ONG and aviation industries. Konkat ATE being part of VARDINOYIANNIS Group of Companies serves as internal IT department for Avin Int. Thrasyvoulos holds a M.Sc. Dr Konstantinos Papapanagiotou is Senior Manager for Cyber Security Solutions that OTE Group of Companies offers to its corporate customers. He has worked as head of teams of security consultants in OTE and other consulting companies, helping large organizations improve their security posture. He has more than 18 years of experience in the field of cyber security both as a corporate consultant and as a researcher.
He is leading the OWASP Greek Chapter and an Adjunct Lecturer at the Hellenic-American University in the field of Cyber Security. He holds a PhD and BSc in Cyber Security from the University of Athens and an MSc in Information Security from Royal Holloway.

Theodoros Kalyvas, having an experience of 22 years in the IT sector, is the Information Security Officer for the Olympic Shipping and Management S.A (Onassis Group), a management company of 23 crude oil tankers and 10 dry bulk carriers. His primary task is to meet the company’s information security goals, uphold its information security policies, and execute the information security program both ashore and on the fleet’s vessels. Prior to Olympic, Theodoros was a IT Security project manager in the Airlines’ industry, being responsible for technical leadership for design activities relating to security projects, practices, and methodologies.
